b. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for the return or exchange process.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is received.
**3. Refunds:**
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
